最近要寫Expression of Wishes

我查網路，這可以是我自己本人書寫的信件，和遺囑不同，

不具法律效應？

目前我有個標準表格如下，但這英文我看不懂，

This letter contains my wishes in respect of the Company of which I am the
beneficial owner.

1. in the event of my death that all my interest in the Company shall be vested
absolutely in my husband/common law spouse_____________;provided that

2. in the event that my said husband/common law spouse predeceases me, that all
my interest in the Company shall be vested absolutely ________________

這標準表格和我所學過的英文不同，還是我可以照自己的英文文法寫一份呢？
