根據公寓大廈管理條例 第五條
區分所有權人對專有部分之利用,不得有妨害建築物之正常使用及違反區分所有權人共同
利益之行為
這個意思是說,如果我把冷氣室外機放在我家陽台內牆,管委會如果說這樣看了不美觀,
即使我是放在我陽台內部,也可以叫我拆掉?
