我想請問在勞基法裡有無規定雇主在發薪時必須押多少天才可發薪。因最近應徵一份工作時有位雇主他發新居然是這個月薪資下個月25日才可領又不可預支薪水幾乎是押將近一個月這樣合理嗎?過去我任職的工作頂多是丫5至10天勞基法有無相關規定?而此雇主說上班前7天無薪資7天後才計新上班前要先簽署一份切結書就是不替勞工加保勞健保也不補貼這樣對嗎?同家的便利連鎖商店因加盟主不同而作法皆不同(其實只有此位加盟主是如此惡質向總公司申訴無�
