如題我媽媽之前過世.身下有一塊祖先繼承下來的土地在高雄山區
共有2萬平方公尺..查到的公告地價是一平方公尺300元 ..
但是這些地根本是鳥不生蛋毫無價值可言.也不會有人想要買
但是公告價值就600多萬....那這樣就必須要繳稅
請問這樣要繳多少稅呢?? 還是直接放棄這塊地比較划算
繼承下來也沒用....
請問我該怎麼辦呢？?
