A君因在ptt telnet系統發表涉嫌恐嚇公眾罪的文章，雖然ㄧ分鍾後A君在ptt telnet系統
上刪除該文，但還是被移送法辦。理由是有網友以A君在ptt telnet發的文章顯示在ptt w
eb網頁板的網址向偵查隊檢舉A君。但ptt web 網頁板並不能發表文章及原作者並不能刪
除文章。ptt web 網頁板的文章都是從ptt telnet系統截取過來。就算在ptt telnet上刪
除文章，但ptt web網頁板的文章仍刪不掉留存在上面，雖然ptt web網頁板在點該文章進
去之前的頁面會標示已刪除。
但偵查隊似乎不知道ptt web 網頁板並不能發表文章及原作者並不能刪除文章，認為A君
是直接在ptt web網頁板發文的。
請問這樣A君仍有犯下恐嚇公眾罪嗎？
