小弟報告一下整個交易經過 有大大猜到仲介費是重點
於去年11月委託該房仲公司銷售房屋 今年1/23時該房仲電話報成交
我口頭同意賣出價格以及屋主服務費六趴
但是後續一直沒進度 我沒看到合約 也不知道錢在哪
沮喪之餘 於4/7日當天想說去房子看看
晚上去看嚇了一跳 應該是空屋怎麼會有燈 而且還有人住
現場立刻報警 跟住戶溝通才知道該房仲私下出租
並立刻對房仲提告背信

等到該案已經全部匯入並水電分算結清 已經是4/20了

基於房租不知去哪的理由跟拖延交屋一兩個月的延遲罰則
我對該公司提出改成付服務費三趴
一切都不計較 房仲公司認點錯 我也認同他們有幫忙賣房子
(也不計較因為合約代簽 合約很有可能有三角簽被房仲作價差)
然後 該公司 說是副總層級 說完全不同意也不肯提新的和解條件
要上法院就來上 拿不到服務費也不在乎
態度非常強硬 我前後找了消保官 桃園市地政局 媒體
該公司始終不願意出面
這就是事情始末 小老百姓遇到這種公司 無辜也只能無奈
