原雇主於今年2月底遣散連我在內20多名員工.資遣費一毛都不給.因此全部員工由我代表向勞工局申訴申訴三大項(1)無資遣費(2)勞退提撥6%.原雇主要員工負責3%.薪水單上有扣款明細(3)無特休在7月時.勞工局將我申訴的部分全部調查完畢我申訴這三項勞工局全部裁定違反勞動基準法原雇主自願罰款(2)(3)項.但(1)罰金太高.且原雇主深知我們若一毛都拿不到肯定走法律程序.到時他們必定輸.且每項都必須付錢於是8月中.與我們協商好.資遣費7折定案在領資遣費支票
