無故曠職再說自己要離職可否求償公司損失 - 法律

近期內發生數次員工無故曠職後來電通知公司說不做了因為屬服務業且輪班性質,必須立即抽調人員補班對公司作業程序影響不小請教如此之行為公司除了曠職當日不给薪外無法有任何作為嗎?部份工時制人員可以隨時說不來就不來嗎?這樣對公司聘雇人員有何保障?勞基法十分單純一廂情願的針對保障勞方設下種種措施雖立意良善,但是卻造成資方聘僱人員穩定性高風險的局可以透過簽約方式與以約束,違約時依約求償嗎?(當然契約內容要合情合理為前提)若
