請問保險公司無緣無故給保人契徹 業務就只能摸鼻子退傭?? - 法律

事情是這樣的 我媽之前是保險經紀公司的業務員
之前在公司發生不愉快的事情
之後保險公司將我媽其中一個客戶契徹
(一部分的原因是因為這個客戶不想繳或繳不出 想辦減額繳清）
不僅僅將這客戶這幾年繳的錢全部退還給給這客戶
還反倒過來要我媽退傭 3,4百萬
因為 他們公司有規定 "不管任何理由 只要契約取消了 就要退傭"
這樣對業務員不是很不公平嗎 客戶都繳了四五年了
說契徹就契徹 還反倒過來要業務員退傭
現在家境沒很好 根本生不出來這麼多錢來賠 連房子都被申請假扣押的樣子
請問比較懂法律的各位 關於"不管任何理由 只要契約取消了 就要退傭" 這樣真的合理?
