買土地後才發現有被設定抵押權 - 法律

問題概述:
甲與乙是好朋友,因甲缺錢,故向乙表明欲出售所有的A地(賣250萬元)
乙也向甲表示願意購買,並已交付價金。
後來過戶事宜完全由甲處理,乙也拿到土地所有權狀。
五年後,乙因收到法院的拍賣通知,一查才發現,
A地在過戶前已被甲抵押給銀行(抵押500萬元)
我想請問各位:
在這種情況下,乙還有什麼權利可以主張呢?
