公司是三班制,早班無班別津貼,中班每天240夜班每天300,當初我應徵進此公司是夜班~因人力需求公司請我調中班我也同意了,就這樣在這公司做五年,最近一大堆不合理的規定要人配合,我沒辦法接受這種不合理的要求,於是主管說如果無法配合就調早班,不然就另謀高就,請問勞基法達人,像這樣不合理的規定硬要人配合,不想配合就調離你原本的班別,要不就意圖請你自動離職這樣真的沒辦法抵制他們嗎?因為公司已經有太多人受害而自動離��
