你好想請教一下1.請問清心福泉冷飲站是否適用於勞基法??2.關於員工因下班未打卡而雇主為發給該日薪資..請問是否有違反勞基法??3.關於外送員之外送金額短少而雇主於發薪當日扣員工薪資..請問是否有違反勞基法??4.若有違反勞基法我該如何"好好的"跟老闆反應溝通呢??5.若溝通無效我的下一步該如何做呢??不好意思問這麼多!!我怕發生了來不急找就星..就先佈局一下..先謝謝大家囉!!可以的話順道幫我點一下"贊助問題"感恩^0^
