因為與前公司有勞資糾紛
主要是勞退金用員工薪資支付且特休假及喪假扣全勤獎金
目前處於小額訴訟階段
律師於第二次開庭前告知
希望我們能提出和解條件
不論對方接不接受和解 才不會讓法官覺得印象不好
想請問各位是否有這種說法?
另外想請問我們只是主張得到法律保障的應有權利
要和解是不是只能在金額上做出讓步呢?
煩請各位解答與協助...
