各位大大我想請問一下,我現在在某間火鍋店上班,不管是否有做什麼錯事,老闆並沒有直接證據或是100%確定有發生什麼事情等等之類的而無故記大過並扣薪水,請問這點可以到勞保局告這老闆吧?另外也可以告他"毀謗"對嗎?畢竟他並沒有直接的證據而無故扣薪,我可以維護我的權益吧?並且我現在是準備離職員工,這讓我感覺他是故意想搞我。只要他薪水扣下去,我就可以告他對嗎??請大大門幫我解答一下,如果感覺小弟問的不清楚,請發問謝��
