今年一月份某日,在辦公室裡主管因懷疑我保留業務資訊(並非事實,純屬其多疑),對我目露兇光並反覆大聲咆哮,過程中主管情緒失控並手握拳頭站起來,讓我心生畏懼,只能一再請其冷靜並不斷道歉,請他不要激動;不料最後他竟然以威脅口吻說“妳敢跟我槓上,大家走著瞧!”--(此事件經過有證人作證,並做成書面記錄)接著在今年三月份某日,主管又因工作交接,再度對我無理謾罵,言語暴力。公司對此事件,原則上認定是主管與我雙方各人不和,採取不處置方式因應;然而我也希望公司不要偏袒任一方,影響工作權利。請問,我想寄發存證信函告知該主管,「對今年一月份發生之職場霸凌事件已構成恐嚇罪」,我將保留法律追訴權,希望藉此存證信函能讓他有所警惕,不要再生事端,找我麻煩。...Showmore
