在不同時間點

販賣4級毒品給6位青少年

6罪分別處斷 一罪一罰

合計6年


EX.B

在不同時間點

與6位青少女援交

6罪分別處斷 一罪一罰

數罪併罰合計為3年


有人提及犯意

因而決定採行一罪一罰或數罪併罰

不知構成要件是否為此?

或另依所犯之罪而有不同的實務判決?

請指教
