二房東這樣算違法？ - 法律

抱歉各位大大，可以幫幫我好嗎？
我們於去年六月底租了20000元的家庭式公寓，簽約是由二房東跟房東簽約，我們其他室
友皆交由她處理，由於二房東是我們的朋友（小熟）就沒謹慎地看合約。一直到最近我們
要續簽新合約才發現。
我們其他室友都是從二房東那得知公寓的租金為25000元大家攤分，等於二房東的個人租金部分幾乎免費。
二房東於去年11月搬走，我們原本要自己跟匯款給房東，但房東卻說全部匯給他，再由她交給房東，畢竟約是她簽的，於是我們每個月匯了25,000元給他，她從中賺取5000元。
之前的就不跟她計較，可是都搬走了還要賺我們錢，越想越生氣。因為搬走七個月來她從中賺取35000元！
1.請問她這樣有違反任何法律嗎？可提供讓我知道嗎？
2.目前她還不知道我們已經知道了，我該如何與她攤牌，而且對我們有利？
請各位朋友協助我們，我們覺得太可怕了，又不知道如何處理與解決。之後我們會謹慎小心也給各位租賃的朋友當借鏡～
