保障月薪與要求資遣 - 法律

當初公司的聘僱契約上明訂除每年十二個月月薪外,另外保障年終獎金兩個月,但老板卻以虧損為由不發年終獎金,請問可以減損薪資這點為理由要求老闆資遣嗎?
且若員工堅持即使老闆補發年終仍可要求資遣嗎?謝謝
