如果公司原本一開始就沒幫我們用勞健保.而是之後怕被查到才要強制我們保勞健保..可是我們沒抵薪.做多少算多少.等於每個月都要再扣掉3176給公司...我知道申訴嚴重性.所以我也想了解一下..謝謝!

勞保17,280x0.085x20%=294[自付]
勞保17,280x0.082x70%=1,028[公司付]
健保17,280x0.0455x30%=236[自付]
健保17,280x0.0517x60%x1.7=911[公司付]
勞退6% 17,280x0.06=1,037
上列合計:3,506 有可能你們是以部份工時的級距投保,投保金額比17,280低,
這個問題相當嚴重,依規定你祗要付勞健保自付總額530,公司將雇主應付的部付加諸在你身上,嚴重違反勞健保法規,再者將6%提繳責任轉由勞工薪給付,屬積欠工資行為,依法可處罰鍰6,000-60,000
可以直接上網,就公司所在地勞工局之勞資信箱提出申訴

但你的自負額3176有點嚇人~你先確認一下公司是給你們保多少的薪資...
才會清楚現在雇主是怎麼投保的
