請問:公司關廠不遣散員工,要留下來但確還要降薪,這樣合法嗎?降薪是勞資雙方要達成協議還是單就資方決定即可?若勞方不接受降薪資方又不願遣散應該如何?是否有明確的法規保障勞工....很無耐的勞工拜託懂勞基法能保障勞工的知識家幫幫忙,謝謝當然,互相體諒是必然的,但是會提出此問題是因資方不遣散卻要以降薪來逼勞工無法生存而達到自願離職....我只想要最基本該得的權益,畢竟年資也有10年了,感謝回答的知識家
