公同共有土地能贈與給其他持份人嗎? - 法律

家裡有一間房子由父親起造,當年未做保存登記,所有權人登記為爺爺
爺爺過世後,其中一位叔叔對房地分配意見不一,故當時登記為公同共有(1/1)
房子坐落在4個地號上,現在公同共有人數約20人,其中一人失聯
父親目前仍居住在內,地價稅單由他繳納,
因父親和其中兩位姑姑一位大伯有深厚情誼
他們想將持份贈與父親 由父親包個紅包表示謝意即可
想請問
1. 目前為公同共有(1/1),是否可經由全體同意,姑姑和大伯將潛在持份贈與父親?
2. 呈上,若1可行,是否需全體共有人同意書?
或是由掛號信件通知所有共有人即可?
3. 若1不可行,是否要進行協議分割或裁判分割後,才能進行贈與?
