請問一下,由於工作性質的問題,所以請各位幫幫忙,謝謝!我們公司是中華電信的承包商,負責的是到客戶家中幫忙安裝ADSL之類的工作薪資就是論件計酬.看公司和中華電信的合約中,我們是有底薪二萬二的,並且上班時間是週一至週六的早上八點半至下午的五點半,(但不用打卡)第一,雖然合約中是有底薪,不過其實我們跟本就沒有底薪,所有的薪資完全是以看你當月施工多少案件來決定這個月的薪資. 請問這部分有無違法?第二,中華電��
