我的薪資一個月20000元整...但公司會計說要先扣掉勞健保約600...然後再扣掉勞退提撥的6%...1200元...等於一個月剩大約18200左右...我想請問...我向會計說我不要提撥6%...就不用扣1200...但她說公司規定要從薪資扣6%提撥....為什麼?這樣子合法嗎?她說我提不提撥都要扣1200元...為什麼>?...Showmore
