請問各位法律專家，
幫舅舅提問，我外公四十年前，借錢給朋友，朋友以其土地典押於外公(有單據證明)，朋
友死亡三十年以上，外公亦仙去許久，這片土地(未過戶於外公)目前是舅舅的農舍居住地
(從典押後即使用)，土地所有權一
直沒去處理，請問這案例有辦法將土地移轉登記到舅舅名下嗎？？
有何實際的做法？？
