我朋友想投資房子,結果幾個月前認識一位桃園國際路住商的毛仲介,他一直遊說朋友說他都是投資楊梅的房子,一年投資9間賺很多錢,他老婆盧小姐在楊梅永慶上班,朋友心動表達想投資,這時他說要介紹一間便宜物件,一定賺錢,屋主是他多年好友,因小朋友不學好去賭欠人家錢,所以要便宜賣,朋友對其說法深信不移,結果朋友議價以每坪10.2萬,當下發現12/2剛過戶,懷疑是投資客而不想買,毛說是媽過戶給兒子才發現兒子有賭債,所以才急賣,夫妻兩一搭一唱,朋友也相信就簽約了,而且說其代書很夠力,保證可貸到8成房貸,並馬上要仲介費,也說是壓價所以沒跟賣方拿仲介費,所以跟朋友拿的仲介費不能開發票,朋友也信了,就依約付第一期款.毛又來電說一定要裝潢,裝潢後每坪可賣到13萬,其太太在一旁敲邊鼓,預計要20萬,朋友問裝潢何處及材質,毛說就一般投資客的裝潢,要
