去年看到這篇“舊”聞，
內容是屋主搬離未把戶籍遷出，
房客偽造房東簽發本票，法院寄給屋主的信又被房客攔截，造成房屋遭法拍！
看完實在很擔心，因為目前有一間空屋在出租，
但為了保留小孩學籍，
先生跟小孩戶籍都還在原屋，
這樣情況下，租賃合約拿去法院公證能避免上述情況發生嗎？
或是否有什麼需要注意的地方？
