抱歉此急需要在明天回公司.案由:1月發生執行職務中受傷經勞保局判定職災至4月為補償範圍.爾後為普通傷病假計至5/27止(<--這部分是公司方提出的文件內容)案件人仍有意返回公司工作身體狀態不宜搬運重物.且提出申調其他合適身體狀況的單位工作.公司方回應沒合適的職缺且考慮到案件人無其他部門專業經歷及身體狀況為由經公司決定以資遣對該名員工處理.Q1.公司要求27號前須繳回(員工識別卡.員工手冊及公司簡介)以上公司資產物及簽完離職書..才
