請問「勞工保險被保險人因執行職務而致傷病審查準則」與勞基法有何不同?為何我們公司給假辦法中有關公傷假規定,是依「勞工保險被保險人因執行職務而致傷病審查準則」為依據..但有同事說,應依勞基法對我們比較有利?差異在哪?另外,公司考勤辦法中,規定曠職1日,要罰3日薪,有違法?代刷卡及被代刷卡者有罰則,皆扣1日薪,後者以曠職論,有違法?
