老闆不負擔員工勞健保費用.合理嗎? - 法律

我在某飯店工作,員工有5人,其中一位是以時薪制日領,所以不算正式員工,其中一位年資以25年所以有勞保,那我們也有一年半載的勞健保都沒有.老闆說加勞健保可以啊,但是公司不負擔,全額勞工自行負擔,不然就自己去旅館工會加保.(附註:我們目前薪資全部是一萬七千元).請問老闆的說法合理嗎?
