誹謗 - 法律

在旅遊網站Tripadvisor敘述本人與飯店發生之糾紛,
內容有提及飯店經理英文名字之第一個字.
因為過程本人無錄音錄影,也就是說沒有證據,但是本人敘述確實是當時的事實.
如果對方要狡辯說他沒這樣做,甚至告我誹謗,這樣對方告得成嗎?

I paid off the bill of my room; the hotel manager whose name was “R…” did
not let me stay in it. An unfriendly female staff followed the manager’s
order, forcing and scolding me to leave the hotel. I wrote letters to the
hotel and did not get any response.
