請問員工任職兩個月又24天因為自我主觀意見強經常無法接受主管意見而當著客戶面前對主管發脾氣摔工具完全無視主管也不尊重主管更是經常性遲到(幾乎每天)所以請她離職,這名員工要求必須要有10天的預告主管也同意他任職到月底(剛好滿三個月)他又再度提出資遣費的給付請問如何計算?(全薪24000)這種目中無人的狀況下請她離職資遣費該付?不付?
