一定要給新房東看屋況嗎 - 法律

事實經過:
我與原房東從去年年初 簽約到明年年初
但原房東後來把房子賣了
這個月交割給新房東
所以新房東要吃下我的合約到明年年初 (理論上)
但她卻表示 因為要收回房屋自用 所以希望我可以於8/31前搬走
而且因為原房東在屋內留下了若干家具 (冰箱 冷氣 熱水器 電視 網路 衣櫥 等)
一併在交屋時也過給了新房東
所以新房東表示要看一下屋況 確認都是OK的 家具也是OK的
而且要拍照存檔
(另外 很多事情他都是透過另名男仲介在處理)
問題:
1.我可以拒絕讓她或仲介看屋況嗎
雖然產權已經是他的了 畢竟房子我已經入住了
基於隱私我並不想讓他關看我的私人空間 拍照部分我可以自己拍給她
日後交還時若有損壞賠錢也都OK
(用到目前為止都是OK的沒有損壞故障 可是她好像就是想看....@@)
就是不想給人看我的居住空間
請問她或仲介要看屋況有法律依據嗎??
2.我可以強硬的要求一定要讓我住滿為止嗎 法律上我有這權力嗎 ?
3.仲介說要收走我和原房東的舊合約
請問他有這權力嗎
4.房東要看我的身分證 而且仲介說要留影本
看正本沒問題 但是他們有權力留下影本嗎 正反都要留嗎
最在乎的是第一點 其他三點倒是還好
另外勞煩大家... 如方便的話 可以告訴一下是在民法的哪個章節嗎
我需要明確的法源依據 去抗衡說服
