勞動基準法第2條第3款規定「工資:謂勞工
因工作而獲得之報酬;包括工資、薪金及按計
時、計日、計月、計件以現金或實物等方式給
付之獎金、津貼及其他任何名義之經常性給與
均屬之」
想問的是:
公司每月都會有5000-20000不等的”生產獎金”,這個”生產獎金”是屬於”經常性”給
與嗎?
因為公司加班費都不會將這筆錢納入計算,是否因為”非定額”所以不算”經常性”呢?
