這是我朋友想到的法律問題
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
假如我放一個毒便當在車上
一個肚子很餓的流浪漢偷了我的毒便當並拿去吃
結果被毒死了
請問這樣我有罪嗎？但是我的毒便當可能只是要拿去毒狗
是流浪漢自己要偷來吃的不偷就沒事
這樣我會不會被判過失殺人

問題如上
我覺得是會 因為台灣法律偽善的令人噁心
而且已經淪為一些垃圾廠商跟爛人拿去告人的生財工具
