本來就不應該有比例原則這種東西
任何犯法者一律判處死刑
沒有任何例外、也不可通融
即使過失罪刑或任何行政罰等一律都處死刑
這樣台灣就根本不會有人敢觸法了
也順便解決台灣人口密度過高的問題
否則台灣人跟狗一樣，一定要用嚴刑峻法拘束
凡事觸法都不處死對鬼島人根本就不怕
所以幹嘛要有比例原則這種東西?
