當初面試時,告知1天是給650,那時我有問過這樣一個月有到勞基法的低薪規定嗎,面試的人說有。但進公司後才知道,薪水是算日薪,就是一個月有幾天,薪水=650*30天(或31天),但是要沒請假才有這樣,如果生病或臨時請個事假,就會變成650*實際上班天數上班時間為8:00~17:00(午休1hr),隔週休二日,等於一個月休六天。但是前兩個月因請了事假及病假,薪水變成650*實際上班天數,還扣了制服費、午餐費及勞健保,薪水少得可憐。1.如果以最低薪資17280,
