現在就業市場.除了大學畢業生的22K外.另一個就是愈來愈多企業
利用這波就業環境轉差.藉機實施'末位淘汰制' 每年少則檢討5%..多則檢討10-15%人力
只要考績落入這種水準...便會遭到解雇...
這個由奇異前執行長首創的制度...現在愈來愈多企業採用..只是....
此制度不合情理..畢竟考績落入後半段...未必是你工作能力或態度問題.
何況..還有可能產生'老人不教新人'的後遺症...就目前國內法條而言
有辦法對付這種不合理的制度嗎?
