想問一下
朋友在網路上拍賣商品
商品寄出後對方表示內容物規格不同
他要咖啡色 可是內容物是黑色
但是朋友說外包裝是寫咖啡色所以才寄出的
所以是廠商的問題
問題來了 對方外包裝拆了也丟了
要退貨
我朋友說那一人一半
因為外包裝拆了他也無法賣只能自行吸收
對方表示要全額退款而且還要賣方負擔運費
不然就要去消保官那邊告他
雖說是幾百塊的東西 但我朋友覺得不合理
想請問一下如果這樣被告
是會進行調解會一類的嗎?
會是在買方所在地還是賣方所在地呢?
