我姊姊在六月多工作時涉及詐欺(負責接電話)
檢察署說是以證人的身分
原本要5萬元交保後來又不用
而手機跟機車被板橋地檢署扣押
今天我姊跟我跟母親要36萬
說地檢署打給她說 要繳證物扣押兩個月的保管金36萬
明天沒付出來就要被關
(而我姊不同意我跟我母親去板橋地檢署陪她
從六月涉案時就不給我們知道
直到要交保5萬時才跟我們說
現在又是同樣情形 說我們不給她36萬她就要被關
請問各位大大扣押保管金是什麼 有相關資訊嘛
還有繳交期限怎麼這麼短
我跟我母親都在花蓮 目前沒問過板橋地檢署相關資訊)
