家人兩個禮拜前騎車在十字路口要過到對面7-11，被後方機車撞上，我方只有修車損失六
千，對方騎士臉側擦傷，乘客手部擦傷，跟車子撞壞，對方要求賠償零零總總加起來將近
20萬：
1.車損約7萬：十幾年老車不修了直接換新車，要求賠7萬
2.醫藥費2000多塊
3.眼鏡1萬：壞掉換只高檔貨，要求賠償1萬塊。
3.安全帽4000多塊：原本兩頂瓜皮安全帽，直接換新的全罩式安全帽，總價四千多塊。
4.美容費11萬：臉部擦傷美容6萬，手部擦傷除疤5萬。
5.薪資損失1萬8：對方騎士目前在家帶小孩沒有工作，也沒有診斷書說要休息幾天，但拿
出去年有打工三個月的所得收入要求賠償。
家人覺得除了醫藥費之外其他買新的什麼的他都不想賠。請問要怎麼跟對方殺價?
