狀況描述,本人(房客)於今年簽定一年期契約,出租房東是二房東,
但因為居住習慣不合,所以擬退租,然而契約並未勾選提前搬離要
賠償二房東租金多少,但我有押金兩個月在二房東那,請問二房東
有權不退我押金嗎?
另外,最末頁出租人(未載明住址)及承租人,都沒有簽名蓋章,那
這份契約二房東有強制執行的權利嗎?也就是要我必須住滿一年?
