土地是老哥名子
如果 老哥賭博失意 要賣土地可以嗎?
老媽為了暫時安撫 老哥 同意先把土地過給老哥
因為她聽人說 土地和建物所有權不同人
老哥就不能隨意買賣
她也不用擔心 老哥賭輸時 賣土地
請問 是真的嗎?
