我從事幼教工作,由於公司公布要更改員工制度,改得讓我有點納悶,這算是合法嗎?1.將要簽聘書,以1年為主,但是如果公司倒閉了,並非是個人要離職,拿得到遣散費嗎?再者,如果違約了,公司可以用聘書來告本人嗎?公司是口頭說明簽聘書不會有任何對員工有負面的處罰,如離職未提前說明,倒扣薪水。公司說簽聘書對員工沒有壞處,但是也沒好處。。。。,再者口頭上這樣說,不代表以後這聘書不會上法院當作依據甚麼的,如果有打官司的
