我公司(簡稱甲公司)的員工A因B之操作堆高機之過失,導致A之小腿被堆高機輾過,造成小腿肌肉嚴重的損傷,試問:一、A因此傷害所產生的與減少的:【一】醫療費(包括:手術費、診療費、住院費等;【二】員工薪資所得依據勞動基準法可向甲公司進行哪些請求???他的法律依據條款為何????二、如甲公司有先支付A的醫療費與每月薪資,則A依勞保所得的與健保所取得與團保的賠償費用是否要返還給甲公司呢???三、如甲公司對A進行賠償後,可否向B進行請
