想請問...如果員工要請特休,但主管最後卻不同意;最後導致員工變成曠職,該如何處理應對呢?另外想再請教,若工作是輪班性質,突然有急事需要請假,卻臨時找不到人代班,是否連特休也無法請?由於工時問題,公司的輪班班表造成請假的困難,為此輪值的同仁們希望將三班制改成兩班制,但被主管否決,導致請假時會遇到找不到人能代班的困境,想請教輪班制中,三班8小時輪跟兩般12小時輪,有沒有特別的硬性規定最近工作上遇到這類型的困擾...
