租屋遇到管理費調漲 - 法律

租約從今年10月底開始,為期一年
住不到一個月就看到公告說管理費要調漲,調幅為14%
詢問管理員得知9月初住戶會議就決定要調漲了,
所以可以確定房東知情不報(感覺很差)
合約寫法是:"管理費由承租人負擔,每月xxxx元整" (未調漲價格)
目前初步蒐集資料得知 若載明由承租人負擔管理費
則內政部公布的租賃定型化契約中建議加註:
「租賃期間因不可歸責於雙方當事人之事由,致本費用增加者,
乙方就增加部分之金額,以負擔百分之十為限;
如本費用減少者,乙方負擔減少後之金額。」
如此可主張只需支付到調漲10%的金額
但我的租約中並沒有加註這條
想請問我還有其他方法可以主張自己的權益嗎 ?
