請問薪資結構改變 - 勞工法

第一次來這個版想跟大家請教一下
最近看了薪資條 發現薪水結構被更改了
原本是本薪+伙食津貼=K
變成本薪+加班費+工作獎金+伙食津貼=K
總金額不變,但是本薪減少了
還告知工作獎金會隨某些因素變動
這樣的條件適用勞基法第14條嗎?
(14-六、雇主違反勞動契約或勞工法令,致有損害勞工權益之虞者。)
P.S.公司勞保原本保比較低,之後有調高,但還是少於本薪
(有爬文應該是要依本薪+伙食津貼才是)
公司原本有打卡,可是去年取消了,沒證據證明每天工時8.5小時
現在是因為家裡有些情況所以不能貿然離職
所以想來這邊請教,是否我的情況適用第14條&第17條?
如果適用是否可以要求公司資遣?
