關於兄弟姊妹之扶養問題 - 法律

想請問大家，如果今天某甲從年輕時就一直沒在工作，生活花費也都是
用父母留下來的財產和津貼等等維生，等某甲老了以後需要他人照顧了
，但他如果既沒有配偶也沒有小孩，父母也過世了的情況下，他的兄弟
姊妹們需照民法第1115條負擔扶養義務嗎...？但這樣感覺好不公平因為
某甲也沒有負擔過兄弟姊妹們的生活過，請求大家解答
