在Taking Rights Seriously(紫皮那一版) 第303頁提到了

"In that case he has no argument of principle in favour of the statute,
but he may have the argument of policy all the same. If so, then he may
properly vote for the statute, and create a legal right where no
moral right existed, because the argument of policy would be sufficient
justification alone. "

請問 moral right 要怎麼翻譯呢?
原本翻成"道德權利"
但查網路 moral rights的意思是"著作人格權"
放在這裡的意思怪怪的
