機車撞到行人車禍賠償問題 - 法律

前幾天早上騎車上班途中因右側汽車車輛過多故有越過單黃線到左側(當時對向無車)，突然有路人從車陣中穿出，因以散避不及故撞上行人，但因我時速很慢故撞上後就停下，對方跌坐在地上，無任何擦傷，所以當時僅互留電話，今日對方要求我賠償他醫藥費(2次西醫1次中醫1130元)+無法工作2500元+精神撫慰金2000元想請問這是我應該賠償的嗎??
